Kristin and Andrew were married the other week at a unique venue in Chicago called Chez. To me it was a perfect studio space and it was made for me to photograph in! The day started with some getting ready shots at the Sheraton nearby where I got some great doggie portraits, too. Kristin and Andrew had a first look along the Riverfront and we were able to get some skyline shots in at Olive Park before it started raining on us. Once it started raining we dashed back to the bus and hit up Union Station as our back up plan. Thank you to Kristin and Andrew for having me capture their wedding day!

In December I photographed Sara and Ryan’s wedding at Bottom Lounge in Chicago. It was the perfect venue for two music lovers to get married at! I loved the loft style atmosphere of the reception space and the backdrop of the ‘L’ on Lake. They got ready at the Wit downtown Chicago before heading over the Bottom Lounge for their ceremony. Even though it was a little chilly Sara and Ryan were willing to walk a couple of blocks to do some portraits in front of some nearby street art. Keith and Madelene's Wedding

Keith and Madelene had such a sweet and intimate wedding fete on April 1st, and we just loved being a part of their laid-back celebration! They had a beautiful ceremony followed by a pie reception and dinner at The Girl and the Goat - if you haven't had the opportunity to eat there, we 10/10 recommend.

Every detail of their day was carefully crafted.  We love how much though was put into every moment.

Ally and Tommy's Wedding

Ally and Tommy had such a wonderful day for their winter wedding, and they chose a dynamite team to pull it all together!  We loved their amazing color palette, and Kim from Bride + Joy Events was the perfect choice to make their incredible vision come to life!We can't say enough great things about their venue, Salvage One, one of our favorite spaces in the city!

Christy and Greg's Wedding

Christy and Greg had such a sweet and simple wedding in Chicago this past Fall!  Jaci Weber of Clementine Custom Events made sure everything was seamless and beautiful!  Their ceremony at Galleria Marchetti was the perfect choice of location! Can we talk about their flowers for a second, though?  Sarah of Vale of Enna absolutely blew our minds with her stunning floral creations!  Take a peek at her work!  Amazing!
