Molly and Mike

Usually, on a typical year, I’m in the thick of wedding season by now. But we all know this is not a typical year. Molly and Mike’s wedding at the end of June ended up being my first wedding to photograph in 2020 and I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter couple to work for! They had an intimate ceremony at S.S. Peter and Paul Church in Naperville surrounded by their immediate family. What I wasn’t expecting was walking out of the church to find a parade of their extended family and friends lined up across the street and in their cars to celebrate Molly and Mike’s marriage. I felt the love and support everybody had for them. I’m happy I was able to capture their wedding and wish them a heartfelt congrats!

Elizabeth & Dave

Elizabeth and Dave got married on a chilly December day the weekend after Christmas. Their ceremony was held at St. Alexander Catholic Church in Palos Heights and their reception was in the lower level at Trail’s Edge Brewing Company in Frankfort, IL. We braved the weather forecast and did all of our portraits around the charming downtown Frankfort area and took advantage of some cool spots for photos in Trail’s Edge. These two are so in love and I had the honor of being there to capture their day! -Jake

Allison & Adam

Allison and Adam got married a few weeks ago on a beautiful sunny December morning in Chicago. They got ready at the Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop and had a first look just around the corner at Mary Bartelme Park. Before they got married we took advantage of the weather and did a bunch of bridal party portraits around Chicago. We started at the Lasalle street bridge for some river scenes and then finished up with some skyline shots next to the Planetarium. Their sweet ceremony was in the pergola and had a delicious brunch reception in the tented room at Galleria Marchetti. It was such a pleasure working for Allison and Adam and their families. Gabby and Kevin are two of the most genuinely kind and beautiful people that we have had the pleasure of working with. We loved being able to spend the day with them and their friends and family as they started their lives as husband and wife.
Gabby and Kevin’s wedding took place at the Marriott on the Mag Mile, only a few weeks ago. The hustle and bustle of shoppers getting ready for the holiday only added to the excitement and warmth of their wedding day!
Every detail was charming, sweet, and well-thought out, and we absolutely loved that Gabby’s mother hand made ornaments for every guest.

Kate and Bronson were married a couple of weeks ago at the amazing Lacuna Artist Lofts in the Reverie Room. We love photographing in unique spaces and with all the artwork, neon signs, and custom made frame arch Lacuna Lofts certainly fits that category! Their wedding was coordinated by Laura from Fierce Productions, the gorgeous flowers were made by Paytin from Flowers for Dreams, and the music was done by dj Matt Roan (he was the dj for our wedding, too!!).
