Meghan and Patrick

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Meghan and Patrick’s wedding ceremony and reception at the amazing Itasca Country Club! They had their ceremony inside set against a beautiful ring of flowers and surrounded by all their friends and family. Afterwards, we went out of the golf course in the warm autumn sunshine for portraits with the bridal party. I swear we were laughing the entire time and I had an absolute blast with this group. Thank you Meghan and Patrick for having me be a part of your day. You are the best!!

Lauren and Sean

Last month I had the honor of photographing Lauren and Sean’s amazing fall wedding at the unique Charcoal Factory Loft in Chicago. We started off the day with some getting ready shots at their condos followed by a first look at Ward Park. We then took a trip to the Chicago River for some bridal party portraits with Chicago as a backdrop before heading to Charcoal Factory for their ceremony. Their short but sweet ceremony was held in the courtyard and afterwards they had food trucks and dancing! Ending the night with a sparkler tunnel is good way to go! Thank you Lauren and Sean for having me photograph your wedding!! Jake

Audrey and Will

Audrey and Will got married a couple of weeks ago at the beautiful Hyatt Lodge in Oakbrook. After some getting ready photos and a first look with Audrey’s dad they did a first look, vow exchange and some portraits in the woods across the street. Their ceremony was held on a patio that overlooked the lake that’s right next to the hotel and was followed by an intimate reception that was designed and coordinated by the fabulous Molly Masters of Jam Wedding Productions. Thank you to Nick Holstein who helped me out as second shooter. And thank you to Audrey and Will for having us capture their wedding day!

Tera and Michael

On a bright and sunny early September Saturday Tera and Michael got married downtown Chicago at TheWit hotel. After a few getting ready photos they had a private first look on a rooftop patio before we did some portraits with the bridal party. TheWit is within walking distance to some really great scenic backgrounds. We started with some photos in front of the iconic Chicago Theater sign and then finished up with photos on the state street bridge. They had a sweet ceremony in the ballroom followed by cocktails on the rooftop. Their reception was full of excitement and this group loved to dance! Here’s a preview of their wedding day. Congrats Tera and Michael!!
