I started the day with Emma and Jordan with their first look at North Pond Restaurant with the view of Chicago in the background. After they had a moment with each other we took a bus ride over to the lakefront on Fullerton for family and bridal party photos. Despite some wind and the Labor Day crowd we had a lot of fun and were able to get in a ton of portraits. We then went to their venue, Ovation, where we finished up some portraits of Emma and Jordan before they signed their Ketubah and had their ceremony. One thing I love about Ovation is after the ceremony we get to take a ride in their sweet Rolls Royce! It was lovely working with Emma and Jordan and I wish them a heartfelt congratulations and a huge THANK YOU for having me be a part of their wedding day.

Emily and Joey
Emily and Joey got married a few weeks ago at the fabulous Artifact Events in the Ravenswood neighborhood in Chicago. The day started with some getting ready pics at the Royal Sonesta hotel followed by a first look on the patio surrounded with a view of Chicago’s skyscrapers. We took a quick ride to Olive Park for some photos with the bridal party who’s energy was off the charts amazing! We finished up with portraits at Artifact Events before their ceremony and reception at the same location. I had a blast photographing Emily and Joey’s wedding and I can’t wait to show them all their photos!

Justin and Rachel
Rachel and Justin got married a couple of weeks ago on a gorgeous April afternoon in downtown Arlington Heights. Both their ceremony and reception were held at the fabulous Metropolis Ballroom. We did a first look up on the patio and took advantage of the scenery on the street with the bridal party before they got married. I am truly blessed to be able to capture amazing couples like Rachel and Justin and to be a part of such an important day in their lives. Congratulations!!
Hannah and Kevin
I photographed Hannah and Kevin’s wedding a few weeks ago on a chilly but beautiful March day. They (and their bridal party!) braved the cold for a first look and portraits outdoors at Ryerson woods before their ceremony at Calvary English Chapel in Wheeling. After the ceremony, I took Hannah and Kevin to an alley in downtown Arlington Heights for a few quick urban portraits before their reception at the amazing Metropolis Ballroom. A huge THANK YOU to Hannah and Kevin for being awesome and for having me be a part of their day. Also, thank you to Nick Holstein for being my second photographer. He always does such a fantastic job.
Stephanie and KJ
Last week I had the pleasure of photographing Stephanie and KJ’s sweet and intimate wedding ceremony at Maggiano’s in Oak Brook. The event started out with a first look with Stephanie and her Dad and Grandpa right before she walked down the aisle to get married. Their ceremony was full of laughter and smiles and I loved capturing every moment of it. Congrats Stephanie and KJ!!!
