Julianna and Tim's Wedding

Julianna and Tim had such a beautiful and timeless wedding this past year. Their colors of navy, gray and black were the perfect choice for their Chicago affair and we love their amazing floral selections! Julianna and Tim were married at St.Clement's Church with their reception following at The Women's Club of Evanston where they danced the night away.

These two had infectious smiles and were such a joy to be with.   We loved being a part of their day!

2014 Weddings in Review

This post is a few weeks over-due, but we wanted to share it with you anyway. 2014 was a great year for us.  We had the privilege of working with the most incredible clients at some of the most amazing venues and locations.  We are continually amazed at the meaningful connections we make with each of our bride and grooms, and are floored by the moments they let us witness.

This past year, our work was featured by several different wedding blogs, and each time we saw our work online, we were overcome with excitement and pride.  We want to extend a sincere thank you to each of our couples that bragged about us and let their wedding day be shared with such large audiences.

Emily and Jeff's Wedding

Emily and Jeff are the sweetest couple you can imagine.  We had so much fun working with these two at their romantic and playful wedding this past Fall!  Emily and Jeff are friends of ours and we couldn't have been more thrilled that they asked us to be a part of their day. Emily and Jeff were lucky to have one of the last warm weather days for their outdoor wedding at Brookfield Zoo.  We absolutely loved visiting the exhibits and photographing them and their hilarious bridal party!

Jessica and Luke's Wedding

Jessica and Luke had a sweet, Autumn wedding in my home town of Ottawa, IL.  Their great, easy-to-love natures and fun bridal party made for a wonderful day and we so enjoyed working with them!

Their purple and teal color scheme was just perfect, and we adored all the of Jess and Luke's simple details during their reception at the Ottawa Boat Club.

Gwen and Patrick's Wedding

It's been a while since our last post, but we have a good excuse!  Meet Milo Joel, our perfect and beautiful third-born son.  He was born on December 12th, weighing 8lbs and measuring 21.5" long.  We are completely over the moon for him and have been enjoying our time getting to know this precious little man.

We are now ready to get back into the swing of things, and bring you more wedding prettiness!

Gwen and Patrick had a sweet, heartfelt ceremony filled with love and laughter.  We had so much fun doing their outdoor portraits, despite the wind!  They and their bridal party were so much fun to work with!

Their pretty reception at Blumen Gardens was overflowing with all the things we love, including twinkle lights and macaroons!
