Tarissa and Tim had such an incredible wedding. Their handmade, rustic vibe was perfectly complimented by their choice of venue, The Ellis House in Minooka, IL. Tarissa did such a wonderful with each unique element of their wedding, and we were thrilled to be a part of their day! Their outdoor ceremony and tented reception was just amazing, and I especially loved the florals with succulent accents. Perfection.

Bryan and Catherine had such a beautiful wedding and I so enjoyed spending the day with them! You might remember seeing their Chicago Engagement session on Engaged Wedding Blog.
Their intimate Ceremony and Reception took place right on the Chicago River at Fultons on the River. It was the perfect location for their downtown wedding!
Being the huge advocates for rescue animals that we are, Bryan and Catherine gave wedding favors that just melted our heart. Instead of the traditional little gifts, they decided to make a donation to benefit Pug Rescue in honor of their two precious Pugs! How sweet?

Matt and Megan had such an awesome wedding day! Start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing - and suited them so perfectly. You may remember seeing Matt and Meg on one of our favorite blogs, Style Unveiled, a few months ago for their engagement session. Their wedding took place in the same neighborhood we did their engagement photos at The Floating World Gallery. The clean, simple elements of the gallery perfectly complimented their aesthetic.

Instead of a sneak peek this is more like a sneak gander. I wanted to share a few of my favorite photos from Tarissa and Tim's wedding at the Ellis House Equestrian Center in Minooka, IL. I had a wonderful time spending a beautiful day with such great people! Enjoy the photos.
Jake and I are so thrilled to finally share Ryan and April's destination wedding in Punta Cana with you. This wedding was so sweet, so genuine, and perfectly suited to these awesome people. We were absolutely honored to be a part of their celebration, and are so glad to be able to call them friends.
Early in the day we were threatened with rain clouds, but fortunately the rain never showed. Ryan and April had the sweetest first-look, and the moment captured between April and her Dad when he saw his little girl as a bride was just beautiful.
Their ocean front ceremony was sweet and heart-felt. The vows they wrote for each other were so lovely that I am not sure if there was a dry eye present.
We had so much fun doing portraits of the two of them that if there wasn't a delicious meal waiting for us, we would probably have photographed them all evening. We ended their portraits with April dashing into the ocean closely followed by Ryan.
Such a beautiful ending to a perfect day.
